Ground almonds (180 grams)
Gluten free oats (1 cup)
Cashew milk (1 cup) – any other nut milk works fine too!
Coconut oil (2 tbsp)
Cinnamon (1 tsp)
Xanthan gum (1 tsp)
Preheat the oven to 180 C
Mash the bananas and whisk the egg
Melt the coconut oil in a bowl in the oven or over a pan of boiling water
Add all ingredients to the bowl
Place the mixture into a loaf pan
Over for around 50 mins – 1hr
Enjoy with a cup of tea or turmeric latte !!! : )
