Jammy Raspberry Chai seed puddings!

Ingredients

  • 100 Raspberries

  • ½ cup Chai Seeds

  • ½ cup Coconut water

Directions

  • Blend the Raspberries (I use a nutribullet)

  • Mix with the chai seeds and coconut water

  • Leave in the fridge for about an hour

 

Enjoy!!! :) Perfect for a healthy dessert or afternoon snack to boost energy levels!
