Cashew milk (3 tbsp) – other nut milks work great too!
Simply place all ingredients in the blender until smooth!
Add to a small container or cup
Place in the fridge for around 20 minutes, then enjoy! :)
It tastes like an indulgent treat but contains no added sugar and is full of goodness! Raw cacoa is made from the cocoa bean which is unprocessed and uncooked, which is considered a superfood and contains antioxidants, vitamins and minerals. Avacado and Cashew milk are a rich source of monounsaturated fat, which can help reduce blood cholesterol when used instead of saturate fat. Majool dates are naturally high in fibre and provide an energy source as well as vitamins and minerals.
