I’ve been doing Yoga for over 10 years now and in 2010 I completed Yoga teacher training in an Ashram outside Dehli, India. The basics of Yoga involve certain Asanas (postures) and breathing exercises to help calm body and mind, while releasing tension.
I’m available for 1-2-1 appointments (priced at £25s) which can be specifically tailored to your individual needs. I currently teach a hatha class at Hallam University 12-1pm on Wednesdays and a restorative class at Instinctive health (Kehlham Islands) on Fridays 11-12pm.
