A three day food diary will be requested whereby all food and drinks consumed will be noted down, as well as physical activity taken part in. This will then be analysed to see if what improvements can be made and alternative meal plans and healthy life style choices suggested.
A healthy and varied diet including plenty of fresh fruit and vegetables, protein and carbohydrate can be key to looking and feeling well. Eating well can help support the body’s immune system and reduces the risk of health problems in later life. Poor dietary choices can lead to increased risk of cardiovascular disease and obesity.
